Delete Your osdent Account
You can delete your osdent account and all associated data at any time. Follow the simple steps below — no questions asked.
1 Delete from the osdent App
osdent provides in-app account deletion. This is the fastest method — your account is deleted immediately.
- Open the osdent app and sign in
- Go to Settings → Help → Delete Account
- Tap Confirm to permanently delete your account
Your account and all associated data will be deleted immediately upon confirmation.
2 Don't have access to the app?
If you no longer have access to the osdent app, you can request account deletion by email. Send a message with:
- Subject: Delete Account
- Body: Include the email address linked to your osdent account
Email requests are processed within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation once deletion is complete.
3 What Happens to Your Data
Here is exactly what is deleted and what may be retained for legal or audit purposes:
- Profile information
- Login credentials
- App data and preferences
- Clinical notes and patient records
- Appointment history
- Income and billing data
- Anonymized logs required for legal or audit purposes (if any)
- Records required by applicable law
- Aggregated, non-identifiable analytics
